Support for Shilpa’s Live Lessons

Trouble seeing or hearing Shilpa?

First thing to try is closing the classroom’s webpage and re-entering the virtual classroom via the Members’ Page or the lesson notication emails.

If you’ve tried that and troubles persist:

Please be sure to close your original webpage before using the backup links to avoid hearing an ‘echo.’

Trouble viewing the slides or hands?

Most commonly, this issue is reported by those using smaller screens on which the presentation area can become ‘stacked’ underneath.

Make sure your web browser is full screen and if you’re using a tablet, you are holding it horizontally


If the backup links do not help, we recommend you wait to watch the recorded lesson once it is added to the Lesson Library. We’ll be sure the lesson is added as soon as possible.
